Norman Vineyards Cabernet Sauvignon Paso Robles Conquest 2004

Winemaker's Notes:

This Cabernet Sauvignon is sure to conquer your heart! ripe blackberry and cherry aromas are overlaid by spicy notes of coffee and tobacco leaf. full-bodied and superbly balanced, the intense berry and dark chocolate flavors lead to a soft, nutty finish. Drinkable now, it will age nicely for over ten years, so should be consumed by 2018. Try this beef tenderloin in creamy porcini sauce, or with baked coconut custard dessert.

Norman Vineyards:
Welcome to Norman Vineyards, a small family owned winery in the beautiful hills west of Paso Robles on California’s Central Coast. We’ve been growing grapes here for over 30 years, and making wine for over 15. Our specialty over the years has been elegant Cabernet and Meritage, bold Zinfandels, Barbera, and Chardonnay. Along the way we’ve thrown in a few small production wines to keep it interesting, and now, Syrah, which joined our lineup in 2002.
