Almost colorless vermouth with a rich, slightly lemony nose. The body is big and silky and the palate holds forthright herbal notes that are well integrated with the slightly fruity backdrop. The finish is long, fresh and dry.

This Noilly is the vermouth weandrsquo;ve known for years; sugared lemon and chamomile scents and a slightly oxidized Fino Sherry-like flavor. You might find notes of kaffir lime, coriander and bitter wood. Itandrsquo;s an ideal candidate for use in Martinis but, sadly, itandrsquo;s leaving the market to make way for the andldquo;new, oldandrdquo; Noilly, the sweeter and darker recipe that has been served overseas for decades.

Gold in color with vibrant, ramped-up aromas and flavors of ginger, grapefruit, floral notes, and savory herbs; complex, round, and full. Vermouth on steroids.

Extremely pale yellow. Wonderfully alive in the nose, as subtle, woodsy scents of juniper, thyme and laurel make an impression. Itandrsquo;s clean, dry and refreshing at palate entry; midpalate shows traces of citrus, pine and berries. Aftertaste is harmonious and medium-long. The finest dry vermouth money can buy.
