Food Pairings for Nobilo Sauvignon Blanc Marlborough Fall Harvest
Grassy and zesty, but not so much acid that you feel like you are having alcoholic limeade. A lovely bit of citrus, a nice choice if your movies have a summer salad or are experimenting with Sushi! This wine made into my Top Five selections for Alternative White Wines for VIP Movies Theaters!
It's a nice New Zealand SB. It's got that classic grapefruit zing to it. A little sweeter than I expected. Drinking it after dinner of chicken, roasted potatoes (with Rosemary and sea salt), roasted acorn squash and cherry tomatoes.

full mouth feel.
Very smooth with citrus overtones, grapefruit distinctive.
Heavenly citrus aromas and flavors of grapefruit, and rhind, coupled with a nice mineral tone. Very balanced, refreshing and pleasant to drink! Excellent paired with cool summer dishes, salads, or with your favorite white cheeses.
External Reviews for Nobilo Sauvignon Blanc Marlborough Fall Harvest
With more than a quarter of million cases of this wine coming to the U.S., Nobilo's Regional Collection SB will turn up on a lot of tables over the summer - and justifiably so. It's a very good rendition of Marlborough Sauvignon, offering grassy aromas and flavors backed by lime and grapefruit. It's plump enough to have mass appeal, with a refreshingly crisp finish. Like almost all NZ Savvies, it should be consumed over the next 6-9 months.
Where the sun rises first in the world! Nobilo is a true representation of the archetypal Marlborough Sauvignon Blanc. Aged in stainless steel vats, it displays a nose of tropical fruit with green peppers. Upon entry you experience distinct melon, passion fruit and lemon peel zest. It cleanses the palate beautifully and would definitely be considered refreshing in every sense. Enjoy with shrimp salad, fish tacos with cilantro sauce or curried turkey tetrazzini.
Vibrant and mouthwatering, with a laser beam of lemon, lime, grapefruit and apricot flavors. Hints of fresh herbs and flowers add to the complexity.
Light and refreshing, with lime and pineapple flavors that don't quit on the finish. Drink now.
This wine has a slightly herbal nose, with loads of grapefruit and zesty acidity in the mouth. Completely dry but overflowing with gobs of fruit, this Sauvignon Blanc is a perfect match for lemon pepper chicken and a spinach salad.
Firm flavors of kiwi, lime, and other citrus fruits are compacted into this cool climate white. Crisp and captivating, like that first day of fall captured in a bottle.
Pale yellow in colour with green hues and brilliant clarity. Lifted fruit characters of pineapple and grapefruit with secondary notes of green pepper and freshly cut nettle aromas. Nobilo Sauvignon Blanc a crisp and zesty backbone combines with fresh tropical fruit sweetness. Excellent weight and balance, this wine lingers on the palate in a full, refreshing finish. Enjoyable on its own as an aperitif or pairs well with seared scallops, lemon herb chicken, or light summer salads.
