- This is on my short list of wines to keep around the house. Light and fruity, slightly acidic. If you are looking for a good value white and are tired of the taste of oak saturated californian and australian Chardonnay, give this a try. More intense than many west coast Sauvignon Blancs, it is reminiscent of a good Sancerre at half the price.
