Liked. Between Riesling and Pinot Grigio. Had at Macaronis.
I drink much Nee Zealand Sauv Blanc and this has quickly become one of my favorites. Very fruity, changing complexity as it finishes, with minimal dry grassy flavor. Fantastic and worth the extra price.

Fits the New Zealand stereotype to a T, boasting pungent, earthy aromas, then a burst of passion fruit and citrus on the palate. Zippy and fresh, this is a wine to gulp down over the hot summer months. No food necessary, although a bowl of moules would seem appropriate.
Firm flavors of kiwi, lime, and other citrus fruits are compacted into this cool climate white. Crisp and captivating, like that first day of fall captured in a bottle.
Varietally accurate grapefruit and herbaceous aromas. Dense and ripe, with fairly full flavors of grapefruit, fresh herbs and mint, nicely framed by ripe acids. Finishes with a flavor of grapefruit skin.
Bright in flavor, with an herbal jolt to the passion fruit and apple flavors, finishing with some length. Drink now.
This is crisp, stylish Marlborough SB. Markedly pungent on the nose, but then it settles down a bit to offer a blend of pink grapefruit and gooseberry fruit with some leafy, herbal nuances. Clean and fresh on the finish. Drink now.
Bright and generous, a lively mouthful of orange-scented green apple and lime flavors. Drink now.
With production edging up past 300,000 cases, there should be plenty of this bargain-priced Sauvignon in the market. Understated herb and green pepper scents are complemented by passion fruit and citrus. Soft and easy, this is a good introduction to Marlborough Savvy.
Supple, intense and streamlined, with a suave array of grapefruit, mineral, herb and guava. Spice notes add complexity, with generous fruit and mineral fleshing out the finish.
