- Colour: Very delicate pale green-gold. Bouquet: Fragrant aromas of freshly cut white peach, mango and passionfruit. A trace of butteriness from the two step fermentation process. Palate: Good weight on the front palate but with cool climate acidity dominating the finish, overall giving a dry balance and a fresh aftertaste. The tropical fruit flavours linger. Alcohol 13.2%
