Nino Franco Valdobbiadene Prosecco Superiore Brut NV

Member Review by zufrieden:

Off dry - but just barely - this very dry Prosecco (now a personal favorite) has less cotton candy and fruit phosphate and more champagne-like brioche and vanilla - hence more to my liking. Not your average tavern fare in Venice, but recommended if you hail from Thule-Ultima (like me). Clean, nicely acidic if not the norm. Recommended and I will be buying more.
