- peppery nose. intense raspberries on the palate. very red fruit forward...great to drink by itself...doesn't have the big body of an average australian shiraz. Almost like a pinot-red zin blend. not much going on in terms of complexity but a good value and drink nonetheless.

- Deep black fruits, dense and meaty with multi-layered flavors of black licorice and ripe blackberry fruit.

- Nine Stones is a medium bodied wine that has a lot of pepper and cherries right away. After the wine breathe's a bit you can smell dirt and black currants. I prefer this wine by itself then with food. A solid wine to have on hand incase people drop in though!
