- This domaine, for long certified organic, makes a point of keeping alcohol levels well under 12.5 per cent (what we might call the Gauby effect). Very cool, low-key nose but with real Grüner character despite the low alcohol (11.5). There's a beginning, middle and end to this wine which has real structure and a certain nuttiness. Proper wine.
