DELICIOUS. My friends and I use the uncouth term "liquid crack" when describing the delightfully syrup-y Dolce. We can't stop sipping on it when we visit Far Niente. It is smooth and warm and sweet and amazing. Pair it with some creamy stilton or blues and it is nothing short of a home run. Also the bottle is so pretty - a wonderful gift.

Aged in French oak for 24 months, the wonderful flavors of tropical fruit and apricot evolve into perfect harmony. The Dolce is a blend of 76% Semillon and 24% Sauvignon Blanc. This warm vintage naturally developed more tropical flavors than some previous vintages ? A reflection of vineyard location and vintage. The wine should continue to grow in complexity and interest as it ages in the bottle.
