Nicolas Potel Vosne Romanee 2005

External Review by Millesima USA LLC:

Millesima exclusive. Youthful Nicolas Potel contiunes to make a name for himself with an extensive range of Cote d'Or wines. He insists on vines at least 35 years old, and in 2005 performed little or no destemming because of the advanced polyphenolic maturity. Monthelie borders Volnay and represents wonderful value from the Cote de Beaune. Still restrained, the 2005 will gain if cellared until 2010 or 2014.
