Nicolas Potel Latricieres-Chambertin 2007

Winemaker's Notes:

Ruby dark colour. Nose of subtle wood spices with lots of red fruits. Generous, bright, intense aromas, rich tannins, and superb concentration. To be kept, good ageing capability.

Coconut Rice Sweet Potato Cheesecake

RiceSelect's creamy Arborio gets blended with sweet potato, coconut milk and vanilla to create this decadent cheesecake. Pairs well with Saunternes; a white dessert wine that has hints of coconut from aging in oak barrels.

This champagne is medium-dry with crisp, fruit flavors. The aromas of apple and pear are balanced with a bouquet of toasty, yeast notes and floral nuances.
