Add your reviewA stunning wine, less oxidized than one would have anticipated. Heady honey blossom jumped from the glass teasing you to taste it. Sweet viscosity covers the mouth, from the top of your cheeks to the back of your tongue which races down your throat leaving still taut acidity. The wine was decanted for nine hours prior to tasting. On a second tasting, 24+ hours after opening, the wine still remained structured in the mouth, taking on creamier, smokier notes while maintaining its mineral backbone.
