Nicolas Feuillatte Cuvée Palmes d'Or(1996)
The vintage expresses the typical qualities and characteristics of the year. Composed of our oenologues favourite wines, this blend combines the excellence of a vintage. Only exceptional grape-harvests are judged to be worthy of its preparation. It contains no predominant aromas but time will be taken to discover the complex and subtle aromas which give it its character. This blend is above all finely balanced.

- Particularly lively mousse. Lemon and chalk nose. Tight-knit, quite fine. Very punchy acidity but there is sufficient fruit too. An admirable package. Vigorous mousse.
