RiceSelect's creamy Arborio gets blended with sweet potato, coconut milk and vanilla to create this decadent cheesecake. Pairs well with Saunternes; a white dessert wine that has hints of coconut from aging in oak barrels.

This is perfect for Valentine's Day! This has always been one of my favorite Rose Champagnes. One because it tastes fantastic and two because it is priced relatively low compared to other Rose Champagnes on the market. There is simply nothing like the this cuvee from Nicolas Feuillatte. Made from 90% Pinot Noir and Pinot Meunier with a dollop of Chardonnay. This wine explodes in the glass with aromas of strawberry, raspberry and citrus. The red berry flavors meld perfectly with the fine bubbles. Enjoy this with your special someone with some nice dark chocolate and mild cheeses.

Bright pale pink color with highlights of darker pink. Fruity notes on the nose of raspberry, strawberry and red plum. Welcoming flavors of red cherry, raspberry and hazelnuts provide a complex and full palate. Long finish with well-balanced flavors and even a slight touch of creaminess at the end. Typical red Pinot.
Salmon-orange. Cool but slightly harsh aromas of strawberry, pomegranate and mint. Frothy and ripe in the mouth, with rather simple flavors of red fruits, spice and earth. Offers modest flavor development but decent intensity and a creamy middle.
Dry, full-bodied and on the austere side, weaving dried berry and herb notes through the dense, vivid structure. Not an obvious rosé, yet it has style and intensity. Drink now through 2004.
Clean and firm, with primary red fruit flavors of watermelon and cherry, this is an appealing, supple roseacute;. Serve it with a rustic country pacirc;teacute;.
A fruity style, showing plenty of kirsch, apple and dough notes allied to an open framework and a creamy texture. Moderate length. Drink now. Tasted twice, with consistent notes.
Full of spice and gingerbread flavors, this is a firm, assertive rosé that will stand up to lobster in a cream sauce. There's a chalky sensation on the finish. Drink now through 2010.
Deep pink. Rich cherry and strawberry on the nose, with a suggestion of floral honey. Dense cherry flavor is braced by firm, zesty acidity, giving the wine an impression of power with elegance. Finishes with fresh, juicy red fruit flavors and good length.
