Think chicken in a morel sauce. Drink now through 2018. Wine Tasting Notes The color is deep, with hints of copper and varied pink tones. It is lightened by its bubbles and evokes the exotic, velvet-like texture that is to follow. Expressive aromas of wild strawberries and bigaroon cherries entice one.
