Tasted blind, but i could tell it was a 'real champagne'... Medium bubbles, pale yellow, straw color. Some yeast on the nose, but not overpowering. In the mouth there was a fine mousse of bubbles, its very sharply acidic, but was within tolerance. Some biscuit notes. Good, long finish.

Very enjoyable. This is a very good value and a good entry-level Champagne if you're spending money on the real stuff. They used to use only premier cru fruit in their NV Brut, but this has since changed. Feuillatte still has a strong focus on quality though, still.

Pleasant, crisp and refreshing, but not as expressive as I like

Weingut: Nicolas FeuillatteLand: FrankreichRegion: ChampagneRebsorte: 10% Chardonnay, 60% Pinot Noir, 30% Pinot MeunierInhalt: 0,75 lAlkoholgehalt: 12,5 Vol.%Säuregehalt: 6,25 g/l Restsüße: 12,0 g/lLagerfähigkeit: lagerfähig 6 Jahre ab Jahrgang Empfohlene Serviertemperatur: 6-8°C Champagner - Sekt - Prickelndes > Frankreich > Champagne

The muted nose offers faint hay and floral aromas, but this wine opens up in the mouth with bread flavors accented by toast and citrus. The texture is dry and full, and the finish moderately long with attractive grapefruit and mineral flavors.

A distinctive ros Champagne that smells like potpourri or Christmas punch with its cinnamon and clove accents. There's depth and intensity to the berry and whole-grain bread notes, matched to a raw silk texture and vibrant structure. Excellent length.

Rich and creamy, showing the dried fruit, nut and spice notes of fruitcake, with lemon meringue, quince and honey flavors. Clean citrusy acidity integrates beautifully and provides an elegance to this refined Champagne. Drink now through 2020.
