Nickel & Nickel Sullenger Cab 2003

Winemaker's Notes:

The home vineyard of Nickel & Nickel , Sullenger Vineyard is situated behind the winery in the heart of Oakville and is named for John C. Sullenger, who setteled the farmstead in the 1880's. The vineyard's 30 acres of clay loam soil are planted exclusively to Cabernet Sauvignon. Sullenger Vineyard has been showing riper fruit flavors over the years and the 2003 vintage continues to follow this trend.

Bought a bottle at a Collierville location, great wine, but for $175.00 thought it was far too pretentious, or maybe I just don't know my 2003 Sullenger Cabs? Doc Butcher

We had a magnum of the wine, and served it for a Christmas party. People loved it. Black fruits, deep, rich, long finish.
