Chardonnay is America's most popular grape and with good reason. I purchased this wine today to go with some crab cakes and white peach, saturn peach, apricot, lemon, tomato and basil salsa that I made for my birthday as we just didn't feel like going out. I LOVE the coconut, lemon, oily notes on the palate and the smoke on the nose with some slight spice just make this an incredible wine.

This is a very well crafted wine, very crisp and refreshing. If you have a chance to check them out in Napa I highly recommended it. You get a wonderful tour of the winery and sample most all of their wines.
