Neyen:
The Neyen de Apalta winery is the perfect blend of tradition and modernity. It was founded by the Rojas family in 2002 on the site of one of the area’s pioneering wineries that dates back to the late 19th century.
Suggested Recipe Pairing presented by
Layered Rice Pudding

RiceSelect's fragrant Jasmati® is blended with eggs, milk and fall's favorite spices, cinnamon and nutmeg, to create a delicious rice pudding, which is layered on top of fluffy cream cheese and abuttery pecan crust. Pairs well with a bold, tawny port with flavors of dried fruits, nuts, and spices.

(A 50/50 blend of carmenere and cabernet sauvignon) Vivid ruby. Alluring perfume of black raspberry, boysenberry, incense and roasted coffee, with a bright floral overtone. Deep, sweet dark berry flavors are framed by supple tannins and gain a sexy floral pastille quality with air. Offers an impressive marriage of richness and vivacity, with excellent finishing clarity and persistent sweetness. This is very attractive right now but Id hold onto it for at least another five or six years. ** Only 5 in Stock **
