Fruity and rich, showing opulent and exotic citrus and vanilla bean flavors in the mouth. The texture is sensuous and the finish is long, with hints of tropical mango fruit.

The 2002 Chardonnay Red Label is a blend of 60% Napa and 40% Sonoma fruit. It has a nose of buttered popcorn, caramel, and white flowers in a medium to full-bodied, fruit-driven style.

Fruit-driven, though on the simple side, with a whiff of candied pineapple commingling with creamy vanilla scents. Drink now through 2006.

Winemaker's Notes:

Enticing notes of ripe pear and green apple mingle with light butterscotch, vanilla and almond aromas. On the palate, ripe pear combines with pie crust and golden delicious apple flavors, accented by a hint of orange zest. The layers of flavor and appealing texture persist throughout the plush, creamy finish. Winemakers Notes
