When you think of Sicily, think Nero d'Avola. This one is unoaked and made in a medium-rich style; more than anything, this red puts the focus on the fruit. Calling to mind spicy berries coated with a dusting of powder, this red is drinking very well today and makes a great match for pepperoni pizza!

Big, dry, fruity, and spicy. Even a little complexity on the finish. Really really love this, and one of the best values I can imagine.

When you think Sicily, Nero d'Avola should come to mind. This is a medium-rich style, unoaked and made in a fashion that's all around fruit-driven. It's full of spicy berries coated with a dusting of powder. Drinks well today and a great match with pepperoni pizza!

This red is worth every penny at $8.99 a bottle. I was very impressed with the complexities of flavors with what might be considered a table wine. If you have the chance to buy this one buy it by the case!!!
