Grape Variety : 100% AgiorgitikoType of wine : Dry RedTasting notes : Nemea Reserve 2005 is a full-bodied wine with fine tannins that features complex aromas of red fruits , with hints of eucalyptus and green bell pepper.Well structured and balanced with a velvety palate and long finish.Technical information : Plant density: 2.20x1.00 m in linear plantation (trailing system: Double Royat)Harvest: 19/09/2005- 28/09/2005 (manual)Vinification: Destemming & skin contact extraction for 20 days at 15-25 oC, use of pneumatic presses. Alcoholic fermentation with selected yeast in inox vessels. Ageing in new french oak barrels for 12 months time; bottle ageing for 6 months.Fermentation in stainless steel tanks. Maturing in new oak french barrels of 225 L; medium plus burn. - Winery ** Please Allow 2-3 Weeks Delivery Time **
