Percentage Grape: 100% Syrah<br/><br/>Vinification Method: After an 8-day cold soak @ 8° C, the juice was fermented in a single, one-wine old, 50-hl oak tank wherein cuvaison ran a full 60 days. Microbullage under the cap was done during fermentation.<br/><br/>Alcohol Percentage: 16.5 %<br/><br/>Aging Time: 24 months
