Wow! Sugar is a perfect preservative. This wine just grows in stature as it ages... Pot-pourri and rose petals on the nose, a little petrol and the brilliant taste - almost liquid sunshne. Perfect companion to Foi gras and blue cheese... knock yourselves out!
