NICE BITTERNESS ON THE PALATE, EDGY TANNINS AND UNCOVENTIONAL STRUCTURE, VERY STRONG OAK FLAVOUR, INTERESTING AFTERTASTE CHANGING FROM BLUEBERRY COOKIE INTO EUCALYPTUS, MINT AND WITH A ‘FATTY ‘SENSATION. OVERALL TOO HEAVILY OAKED, LACKING SOFT AND MELLOW TOUCHES, LACKS STRUCTURE.
