A great winery, a great value, and a great place to visit. The old vine cuvee is a real crowd pleaser. It's flavors are similar to the soft fruit in the methode ancienne pinot noir. This is not the big central valley zinfandel of Lodi and the amador foothills. Simple and elegant in the nose and on the palate.
