Navarro Vineyards Muscat Anderson Valley Estate Bottled Dry 2005
Wild wine with pure orange blossom aromas and a searingly crisp and dry lemony palate and finish. Very clean wine, and schizophrenic in a good way--or at least a way that works! Perfect for sushi with wasabi.Add winemaker's notes
Welcome to Navarro Vineyards. Our family has been growing grapes, making wine and producing non-alcoholic grape juices in the Anderson Valley in coastal Mendocino since 1974. Since we are small, you probably will not find our wine in your local store. The majority of our production is sold directly. We hope this website makes it easier for Navarro fans to keep in touch.

I liked this even better with a little more age on it. Still orange blossom in the aromas, and citrus--crisp, dry--and mineral on the palate, but the mid-palate has picked up some weight and it's got perfect balance. Had with wasabi salmon and coconut rice. Perfect.
