Navarro Correas Chardonnay "Private Collection" 2009

Winemaker's Notes:

The Navarro Correas Winery was originally planted in 1798 in the cool Tupungato Valley of the Mendoza wine region of Argentina. It is the Tupungato Valley that produces the finest Chardonnay's of Argentina. "Verging on traditional in style, with mature toast, butter and nutmeg hints holding the upper hand on modest apple fruit." Wine Spectator

Navarro Correas:
During the winter pruning we are going to control the production capacity of the plant, the vineyard is going to produce a certain number of clusters, and we will regulate the number of buds of each plant by using scissors.
