Navarro Correas Cabernet Sauvignon Los Arboles 2007
During the winter pruning we are going to control the production capacity of the plant, the vineyard is going to produce a certain number of clusters, and we will regulate the number of buds of each plant by using scissors.
RiceSelect's creamy Arborio gets blended with sweet potato, coconut milk and vanilla to create this decadent cheesecake. Pairs well with Saunternes; a white dessert wine that has hints of coconut from aging in oak barrels.

Its a smooth, rich and juicy, with tiers of lively cassias, black cherry and toasty notes. Deep Red Color. Showing a diversity of flavors and aromas like sage, marjoram, white pepper, eucalyptus, smoked hints and fruity notes of red cherries. It is deeply concentrated, with supple tannins and plenty of fruit intensity that carries through into a long, lingering finish.
