Dusty berry aromas and a touch of leather and earth make for a really attractive bouquet, especially for a wine of this level. The palate is forward and pure, with bright fruit flavors, floral notes, and lasting vanilla and cream accents. Smooth and 100% pleasant. A winner among Cabs.

A model for value Cab from Chile. It's dark, balanced, generous, aromatic and tasty. Aromas of blackberry and blueberry are just right given the price, and the cassis and blackberry character on the lush palate is also commendable. Round, smooth and satisfying. One of the best in its class.
Dark violet. Spicy red- and blackcurrant aromas are complicated by dried flowers, tobacco and leather. Sweet cassis and bitter cherry flavors offer good focus and a touch of warmth, finishing with dusty tannins and good grip. A grown-up style and an excellent value.
Pinched on the nose but solid in terms of aromas: blackberry, cassis and a touch of oak come together well. The palate is just big enough to hint at richness, while plum and berry flavors are good despite being a touch briney. Toast and mint come up on the finish.
Rafael and José Guilisasti were visionaries in the late 1990s when they saw that the market was beginning to change and that consumers worldwide were becoming more aware of the products they were consuming, not only for health reasons, but also with respect to their social and environmental impact. They therefore asked winemaking consultant Alvaro Espinoza to join them in the process of converting a conventional Chilean winery into one that was 100% organic and biodynamic with the firm objective of creating wines of the highest quality with great respect for nature. Now, after more than a decade, what began as a dream has become a complete portfolio of wines backed by major national and international awards and recognition and that meet the new need of today’s consumers. Adobe Cabernet Sauvignon shows intense ruby-red in colour with great depth and brilliance. The nose is dominated by red fruit such as ripe strawberries and blackberries with a light touch of toast, vanilla, and toffee from the oak. The palate is soft and silky with big body and a long, flavor-filled finish. This fabulous Cabernet Sauvignon will perfectly match for sirloin steak, rack of lamb or coq au vin.
