Myriad Semillon Tofanelli Vineyard Napa Valley 2016

Member Review by EMark:

VERY refreshing. Nice entry of unsweetened tropical fruit—pineapple, banana—and, maybe, even, green apple. Green apple may come from acidic tartness. I am really getting tingling on the top of my tongue from the acid. I’m now getting lemon zest. Great summer sipper.

Pretty, clear light yellow color. Fairly perfumy nose—tropical fruits with, maybe, some floral. Lots of fruit on entry. Pineapple, melon. As it moves back, I’m getting more tropical fruit—banana. Terrific acidity makes this wine incredibly easy to drink—heck, gulp.
