Bright gold color; initial presence of tiny bubbles which dissolve in the glass. Medium bodied with good grip. Some acidity mixed with flavors of green apple and lechee. Dry and mineral; lingering finish of green apples. Ideal wine for shellfish, fish or cold salads. Must be served very chilled. To drink within one year.
