Tasting Notes: Structured wine with red fruits aromas combined with oak. Very smooth and structured. To be consumed at 16° C Percentage Grape: 100% Castelao Vinification Method: Fermentation at 26° C in stainless steel cuves, with long contact period of solid parts. Ageeing for 6 months in American and French oak. Vinification Temperature: 26° C Extract: 33.6 g/l Alcohol Percentage: 12.5 % Sugar Rate: 0-5 g/l Total Acidity: 6.4 g/l Free SO2: 51.2 mg/l
