Mumm Napa Champagne Blend Napa Valley NV
Cuvée M exhibits a graceful stream of very fine bubbles gently rising to a persistent mousse cordon with a light peach rose color. The aromas are elegant, rich and complex, showing fresh white and yellow stone fruits with subtle hints of wild strawberry. A light touch of fresh brioche, with hints of vanilla and honey add to the wine's complex bouquet. On the palate, full flavors of peach and pear combine with a creamy caramel character, which lingers into a long satisfying finish. Mumm Napa's Cuvée M is the perfect sparkling wine for champagne cocktails or as an apéritif to pair with hors d'oeuvres. It is also a perfect match with creamy desserts and spicy foods.

This is a sweeter style of sparkling wine by Mumm, the style is called Sec in French. Youandrsquo;ll find a trace of honey and sugar on the finish to the raspberries, strawberries and vanilla.
Clean, light scents of Pinot Noir grapes give this a simple line. Itandrsquo;s on the soft side of dry. For aperitifs.
A tiny bit sweet, with lemon and peach flavors and a bit of a rough scour of acidity. Yet the creamy texture and clean yeasty finish make it a good sip of bubbly. ? S.H.
A fine California bubbly, soft and luxurious in the finesse of its bubbles. The orange, strawberry and vanilla cream flavors are overtly sweet, making this a good partner for wedding cake.
Plenty of complex fruit flavors blend nicely with a touch of yeast and toasty oak. The lovely finish adds touches of anise and earth.
Light yellow, with a gentle bead. Ripe pear and nectarine on the nose, with a hint of spun sugar. Smooth, gently sweet orchard fruit and melon flavors are given a slightly bitter edge by a touch of fruit pit and are a tad loose-knit. Finishes on the sweet side but avoids coming off cloying. A bit of late-harvest muscat is used in the dosage, which probably accounts for the pronounced fruitiness.
Bold, creamy aromas of tropical fruit and floral vanilla lead to rich, slightly sweet flavors with notes of spice and white chocolate. A fun quaff. Drink now.
