Nice and yeasty in the Champagne region style. Not fruit forward. I tasted almost no fruit, just fresh baked bread. If you want the shell of Champagne for a fraction of the price, this is a no brainer.
I thought this was excellent--and good value too. Nicely biscuity, with fresh yeast and citrusy notes. Nice bead, perhaps a tad rough. Certainly a widely available and good value domestic bubbly.
Much sweeter than the Brut Prestige, and a bit more bubbles than that cuvee also. Tastier than I remember, with toast and apricot flavors, and of course the sweetness I mentioned earlier.
Enjoyed with sliced strawberries in the glass prior to wine tasting trip. Tasty. Very Good - 86 points.

A nearly perfect Carneros sparkler. It is made with mostly Pinot Noir as evidenced by its copper tint and slight cherry flavor. Effervescent, clean and structured. The apotheosis of California sparklers.
