Mumm Cuvée Napa Brut Rosé NV
Editorial Reviews for Mumm Cuvée Napa Brut Rosé
Slightly smoky on the nose with notes of mineral and yeast accenting the sweet smelling cherry fruit of the nose. This is touch simple in the mouth with lots of red fruit and a touch of yeast all getting a lift from a touch of VA. A touch on the sweet side and with decent length. 86pts
Nice light strawberry aromas, touch of sweetness and a good fresh acidity and effervescence. Mellow, smooth, but with enough fruit to keep things interesting.
roses peach, and a little melon on the nose, crisp round fruit, a little raspberry and strawberry on the palate, lovely expressions and very enjoyable on its own
light pink almost peachy in color. take a salty margarita, an unripe yellow grapefruit and some green strawberries and put them in a blender. Add club soda and you get this dry brut. very lovely afternoon drinker.
Slightly musty nose (in a good way), mixes in with the strawberry flavors. Light cherry flavors in the mouth. Nice tart finish on complex biscuit flavors.
while my friends nursed glasses of overly sweet, nauseating Kool-aid-esque sparkling wine, I sipped the feminine, yet crisp Brut Rose'. this would match any meal or picnic perfectly and is very reasonably priced. Highly recommended for the CYD (cheap yet decadent.. aka $2 pizza with a fabulous drink)

Like an alluring rose, the color accentuates this elegant sparkling wine. It displays a wide range of red and black fruit tones like wild strawberry, Bing cherry and dark plum. Try pairing this wine with a pulled pork sandwich with coleslaw or seared ahi tuna over greens.
More pink than salmon in the glass, the nose is dominated by fresh red berry fruit, with a hint of cherry; the acidity keeps the wine lively on the palate, and the finish is long and balanced; a great example of a roseacute;, the wine has plenty of weight to pair with a wide range of foods.
Mumm Napa Rose Brut is a delectable wine and an incredble value. Wine Enthusist Magazine recently scored it 93 points saying "What a roll Mumm Napa is on with their new releases. This blush wine shows the level of richness and elegance the winery has achieved lately. Made from 85% Pinot Noir and 15% Chardonnay, it has deliciously forward flavors of raspberries, strawberries, gingersnap cookies and vanilla lemon custard, with bubbly froth and tart yeastiness of a fine sparkling wine." What an easy-to-drink, delicious bubbly this is. With a golden salmon color, itrsquo;s rich in flavors of strawberry, raspberry, lime, vanilla and yeast. It finishes with a subtle sweetness. Pair it with sushi, sashimi or ham-based dishes.
Fresh and lively, yet rich, with strawberry and spicy yeast aromas and lush, ripe flavors of cherry, vanilla and crisp apple. Drink now.
