Slightly coarse mousse on entry lending this a rather energetic feel in the mouth with bright fresh citrus flavors that are a little creamy but very acid driven and bright in the mouth. Finishing modestly with a gentle nutty character and apple fruit this is simple and easy. 86pts

Fresh dough flavors fill the mouth on entry and this shows a fine mousse and creamy texture up front followed by bright juicy acids. There’s lovely purity of fruit here, all lemon and pear with a hint of kiwi and a suggestion of white chocolate adding some attractive complexity to the backend, though this does peters out a touch on the finish. 89pts

Slightly smoky on the nose with notes of mineral and yeast accenting the sweet smelling cherry fruit of the nose. This is touch simple in the mouth with lots of red fruit and a touch of yeast all getting a lift from a touch of VA. A touch on the sweet side and with decent length. 86pts

85% Chardonnay, 15% Pinot Gris. Very crisp and clean with a taste that made me think of oysters. Clean and pure, almost sharp at first, although it softens quickly. Lots of lemon juice flavors on the finish.
This is a good wine but it just reinforces that sparkling rose is not my thing. Mixed berry in the nose with a hint of honey. Lots of berry in the flavor and good acidity. Medium finish.

Just the faintest rosy tinge shows in the glass of this round and appley sparkler. There's a definite Golden Delicious quality to the aromas and flavors, with an earthy edge providing interest and compexity. Finished dry, with decent length.(Wine Enthusiast)
Here is a full-flavored, aggressively effervescent sparkler that fills the mouth. A slight copper tint in the wineandrsquo;s appearance is evidence that it was made from a high percentage of black grapes, specifically pinot noir.
