Müller Thurgau Trentino DOC Mezzacorona 2006
The Mezzacorona winery avails over the most modern oenological equipment available today. The winery is used for collecting the grapes produced by the 1.300 growers and for vinifying the grapes according to the company’s 100% single varietal philosophy. The Mezzacorona winery is the perfect example of excellence in wine production. Vinification occurs in steel tanks at controlled temperature. The whole process is constantly looked over by the team of oenologists which manages the fermentation and organic evolution, the pumping over and the ageing of the wine. The steel tanks, casks, barrels and bottling lines are extremely sophisticated and are a symbol of oenological excellence.
The colour is straw yellow with green highlights; to the nose it is intense and aromatic, with scents of green apple and citrus. The palate is fruity and tasty, lightly bubbly, with long and pleasant aftertaste. Ideal as an aperitif or with cold and tasty dishes based on crayfish, fish or white meats.
