Mulderbosch Stellenbosch Beta Centauri South Africa 2002
Winemaker's Notes:
Has soft, fleshy black cherry and blackberry fruit up front, with notes of herbs, mint and toast in the background. Lightish at first, this grows in the glass to reveal more fruit on the finish. Needs a touch more depth to be outstanding. Drink now through 2006.(WS) 44% Cabernet Sauvignon, 44% Cabernet Franc and 12% Petit Verdot
