Mulderbosch Sauvignon Blanc South Africa 2015

Winemaker's Notes:

"The 2016 Sauvignon Blanc contains around 12% barrel fermented fruit this year. It has a pleasant pungency on the nose: gooseberry and fresh asparagus, just a hint of nettle following through. The palate is well balanced with fresh pear and gooseberry on the entry, just a slight spiciness towards the finish, but the acidity keeps this fresh and lively, a textural Sauvignon to enjoy over the next 2-3 years." -Robert Parker, Wine Advocate *(90 Points)*
