A brilliant lively clear wine strawberry in colour. A complex nose but the aromas are mainly in the rose petal strawberry and cherry spectrum. A dry lingering palate of pomegranate and berry fruits fills your mouth.

On the nose this is mineral, lightly jammy strawberry, with a touch of menthol and green herb for good measure. A nice richness on the palate with plenty of acidity backing it up, lovely light berry flavor tones with nuanced herbal and mineral notes, refreshing and cleansing with a long mineral wash on the finish 89pts

I poured the Mulderbosch Rose` of Cabernet at an event recently and was amazed to find that while it wasn't a favorite of white drinkers, the red drinkers LOVED it! This fun summer wine is a delight to the eyes with its beautiful, deep, salmon color and soft floral aromas mingled with strawberry and a touch of herbs. The Cabernet gives this rose` an "echo" of fullness - although crisp and clean with bits of strawberry jam and cherries. A satisfying finish has you raising your glass again, and again.
