Add your reviewI poured the Mulderbosch Rose` of Cabernet at an event recently and was amazed to find that while it wasn't a favorite of white drinkers, the red drinkers LOVED it! This fun summer wine is a delight to the eyes with its beautiful, deep, salmon color and soft floral aromas mingled with strawberry and a touch of herbs. The Cabernet gives this rose` an "echo" of fullness - although crisp and clean with bits of strawberry jam and cherries. A satisfying finish has you raising your glass again, and again.
I think this wine is a great value. It has a nice, bright strawberry and raspberry flavors, clean acidity, mineral notes.
Excellent value Rosé. Easy to drink on a hot summer day by the pool. The cab gives it excellent depth.
Big rose petal and strawberry on the nose. Pretty fragrance. A dry, lingering palate of berries and pomegranate. Nice rosé wine. - Tasted at Marché Bacchus 3/20/10
Drinks like champagne but not bubbly. Light, not too sweet, short finish, great for a summer party. Drink it cold.
Definitely drink it cold, then it tastes like chilled watermelon and strawberries. Had this with Indian fare, couldn't complain. Pretty color too.

Wine Tasting NotesA brilliant, lively, clear wine, the color of freshly cut watermelon. Displays a rather complex nose comprised of pink grapefruit, peppery nasturtium and hints of strawberry jam. The palate is full of pomegranate, pink grapefruit and honey, with just a touch of spice in the aftertaste. A pleasantly dry, lingering finish.
A lovely, lively, bright and clear pomegranate colour and has complex layers of strawberry, cherry, roses and fresh peaches on the nose. The wine has a nice, spicy and slightly peppery taste on the palate and is well balanced with a fresh long aftertaste.
