Mulderbosch Cabernet Rose Mulderbosch Vineyard Cabernet Sauvignon 2010
A brilliant, lively, clear wine, the color of freshly cut watermelon. Displays a rather complex nose comprised of pink grapefruit, peppery nasturtium and hints of strawberry jam. The palate is full of pomegranate, pink grapefruit and honey, with just a touch of spice in the aftertaste. A pleasantly dry, lingering finish.

RiceSelect's fragrant Jasmati® is blended with eggs, milk and fall's favorite spices, cinnamon and nutmeg, to create a delicious rice pudding, which is layered on top of fluffy cream cheese and abuttery pecan crust. Pairs well with a bold, tawny port with flavors of dried fruits, nuts, and spices.
Editorial Reviews for Mulderbosch Cabernet Rose Mulderbosch Vineyard Cabernet Sauvignon
Really stinky and reduced out of the bottle. This takes time to open, but does so with a beautiful array of sweet aromas that recall smoky roasted red peppers, dried cherries and persimmons. Nicely bright on entry with a nice medium-bodied feel in the mouth. This is a bit simple, though. It has excellent fruit and nice drive on the finish, which is nicely aromatic. 86pts
This is a clear, medium intense salmon colored wine with legs. It has a clean, youthful, medium(-) intense nose displaying aromas of strawberry and grapefruit. It is an off-dry wine with medium acidity, medium alcohol, medium(-) tannin and medium(-) body. It has medium(-) intense flavors of strawberries, red cherries and mineral with a medium(-) length finish. It is a good, inexpensive wine that is ready to drink now but will not improve in the bottle.
Refreshing ice cold on a very hot day. Very fruity, nice color.

Mulderbosch hits another home run with this lively, cheerful roseacute;. It starts with layers of cherry, flowers and strawberry on the nose, then offers a combination of fresh fruit and pepper spice on the palate. Overall it has a zippy, clean character that is well balanced and substantial.
A soft, watermelon pink colour with orange tints. Agamut of rose petals, lime zest, wild strawberry and freshly picked raspberries assault the olfactory senses. These red berry aromas follow through on the palate supplemented with nutmeg spice and ground pepper which is balanced by a refreshing acidity, softly textured mouth feel that leave a lingering farewell.
Komplexes Bouquet von Johannisbeeren, Kirschen, unterstützt durch feine exotische Fruchtaromen. Im Gaumen ausgesprochen voll, breit, mit einem feinen, längeren Abgang.
Light, lurid pink. Citrus zest, redcurrant and rose on the nose, with a touch of talc. Dry and incisive, offering tangy red berry and blood orange flavors and with a strong mineral underpinning. Turns even firmer with air and finishes with good clarity and cut.
