Muga Reserva Rioja Unfiltered 2007

Winemaker's Notes:

Always a classic, and drinking in its prime. The definition of Rioja. It delivers an alluring nose of cedar, tobacco, earth notes, mineral, and black cherry, - an elegant wine with good depth and enough ripe tannin to evolve for several years.

Delicious rich cherry here, with some great ash and charcoal notes that balance out the fruit. A bit of plum accent laced with a hint of sweet licorice makes me want more!
