Mud House Wines Sauvignon Blanc Marlborough 2008

Winemaker's Notes:

"Color : Pale straw Nose : Lifted aromas of passionfruit and guava with hints of fresh green beans and nettles. Palate : A crisp, fresh Sauvignon Blanc with ripe flavours of passionfruit and gooseberry. These tropical flavours blend beautifully with citrus and nettle notes and the zingy acid gives way to a long balanced finish." Winery Website Cheese Pairings: Chevre, Garrotxa, Aged Crottin Food Pairings: Green Salad, Chinese Food

A very tempered Sauv Blanc. Mild with a soft grassiness and some solid peach notes. Very gentle for a NZ SB.
