The color is a great onion skin, well disgorged is perfectly clear and bright. The nose is delicate wild strawberries, withered flowers and mineral notes, then slowly opens (in the glass remains half an hour) releasing a string of herbs, sage, mint leaves, thyme and rosemary. In the mouth is fresh, beautiful straight back to the strawberries and herbs on the finish.

A dry natural sparkling wine from famed Aleš Kristancic. It's deep salmon color with aromas of white strawberries & orange marmalade. Be warned this wine comes undisgorged, meaning that it has a plug of yeast in the neck of the bottle which must be removed before drinking. This involves icing the bottle upside down, then opening the bottle upside down, underwater, which pushes the yeast plug out but keeps the wine in. Go to www.movia.si for an video on how to open.
