Food Pairings for Mount St. Helena Napa
I was surprised by this wine. Wine.com included their opinion of this wine as a complex, full bodied wine. I did not feel that was the case. It had a classic cabernet initial taste and then fell off the back of the tongue; flat I must say. If I wasn't eating a steak at the time, I may have thought it to be of even less to my liking. I'm still learning how to articulate my interaction with wine, but for now this will have to do for those that are interested!
