Mount St. Helena Cabernet Sauvignon Napa 2004

Member Review by Philip James:

Leather, with cherry and anise on the nose. Medium attack. Very nice and fruity with flavors of plums and blackcurrant. A wine with good body and drying tannins on the finish.

Coconut Rice Sweet Potato Cheesecake

RiceSelect's creamy Arborio gets blended with sweet potato, coconut milk and vanilla to create this decadent cheesecake. Pairs well with Saunternes; a white dessert wine that has hints of coconut from aging in oak barrels.
