Rating: 18/20 - As reviewed by Jancis Robinson Distinctively pale, fruity, soft and forward - quite charming already. Coffee bean notes with toasty fruit and a lovely spread of flavours over the palate. Still a little way to go but very promising in a confident, rather burgundian way. I'm not sure it has a seriously long life ahead though. The 2002 had quite marked tannin and a most attractive nose reminiscent of violets.
